Quick and simple check-in/check-out, staff was very friendly. Minibar is empty which I personally prefer, just buy drinks from reception or bring your own. Location is among the best towns in Porto Alegre. Room service was good and simple, just left a message at the door and it’d be done when we came back.

Location and price were great . New building rooms are still new . Best area in town.

The staffs were super friendly , the coffee over there was pretty good and the hotel is very hostile and comfortable

My husband and I and my 2 year old son stayed for 8 days. The service was excellent, fast and efficient. The location is very good and with many restaurants and cafes around. My only problem was the room size, the room was too small for three people. Unfortunately, the Hotel does not offer a family room!! But the rest was all perfect. A big thank you to Henrique & Jose so both of them work at the reception.
